 Foundations of Faith Community Nursing Course

Registered nurses of all faiths are invited to attend the Foundations of Faith Community Nursing training course.

Nursing has its historical foundation rooted in faith and health.  With intentional focus on spiritual health, the Faith Community Nurse will apply interventions of education, counseling, prayer, presence, active listening, advocacy, referral, and a wide variety of resources in their faith community.

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation for 36.5 Contact Hours.
