Dear coordinators
I am so honored to have worked with you to move the specialty practice of faith community nursing forward. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. As a long-time educator and coordinator, I felt it important to let you know before the official announcement is made.
After 25+ years in faith community nurse leadership, I find it is time for me to change direction. I am stepping down as Director of the Westberg Institute, Director of the SCA Nursing Professional Development Provider Unit, and Director of the SCA Nursing Division. My last day is June 4. I am sure that coordinators of your high caliber will continue to mentor and guide nurses into our specialty practice.
I am returning to the position of FCN Consultant and Lead Writer/Editor of PepTalk Productions LLC and will focus on guiding FCNs to develop their practice, sharing the stories of FCNs and assisting writers to publish.
